Financing
We have several finance companies that work with us to assist our patients with loans for their surgical procedures. The interest rate is between 1.90% and 27.9%, depending on your credit rating and the amount you can repay each month. We also accept all of the major credit cards for payment as well as cash.
- CareCredit® - You may apply by phone by calling 1-800-365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com. The finance percentage runs from 1.9%. There is a $2,000 minimum with this company.
- Chase Health Advance Financing Options - You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-519-6111 or by filling out an application and faxing it to 1-888-519-6222. The finance percentage runs from 13.99%-79.99%. Your first payment is due approximately 4 weeks after your procedure. Chase also offers same as cash plans. If you have borderline credit, you may be able to get approval with this company.
- Surgeryloans.com - You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-405-8140 or online at www.surgeryloans.com. The finance percentage runs from 9.99%-27.9%. Your first payment is due 45-60 days after surgery.
